Managing Team

Mr. Tavor has 11 years previous experience serving as General Manager and founder of two pharmaceutical companies. He also founded and headed a biotech start-up company. Prior to that, Mr. Tavor served as a fighter pilot and a commander in the Israeli Air Force and retired with the rank of Colonel. Mr. Tavor holds an MBA and MA in Political Science.

Mr. Khawaled has an extensive record of R&D in the fields of Electrochemistry specialized in electrochemical reaction and metal electro-plating. Previous to founding Fluorinex Active, Mr. Khawaled was owner and CEO of a metal finishing company. He holds an MSc in Applied Chemistry from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem.

Dr. Zuabi is a Periodontist. He graduated at Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem and presently is a senior researcher and instructor at the Periodontal unit, Oral and Dental Medicine Department, Rambam Health Care Campus, Haifa, Israel.Dr. Zuabi has published several papers on periodontal disease and dental implants and has a GCP certificate for clinical research.He holds a BSc in science and a DMD in dental medicine.
